Our approach to UI design is to make every element on the screen seamlessly blend into the player experience. We conduct research on similar games and see what we can take from that. Our UI designers masterly combine what people expect from a game with distinctive features to create a unique game identity.

UI motion design

A pulsing button, a moving backdrop, a rolling bar, a flickering vignette – we make a game look more appealing by adding a tiny bit of animation to a screen. We build UX motion behaviors that orient, teach, and guide the player experience with our excellent understanding of cinematography and visual storytelling.

Marketing material design

Once your game is ready for launch, you need to make sure you can market it successfully. We can help you design attractive high-level game promotion materials and graphic assets, including cover art, box art, game posters, and trailers to make your game look more attractive for potential buyers.

Art direction

Our projects involve an art director’s supervision to ensure that the deliveries match our client’s vision throughout all the stages of the UI/UX game design process. While our art director helps ensure the team stays on track, they also encourage new ideas and designs as long as they match the game’s goals.

It was again an absolute pleasure to work with Room8 studio. Their support was decisive for the game, and they provided high-quality work, not to mention their enthusiasm and dedication to the project. I was also very welcome when visiting their studio: the team was open to making changes through direct feedback, which was beneficial for the whole project.

We knew that bringing ABZÛ to Nintendo Switch would be a significant technical challenge. Our game is built on custom and unique gameplay systems and advanced rendering technologies specific to our underwater world. We initially only targeted higher-end consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One. But Room8 studio accepted that challenge with tireless enthusiasm and talent, and the results were fantastic. They’ve delivered a version of ABZÛ with very few compromises that still captures all of the atmosphere and wonder of our world.
