We're looking for a Program Manager to lead production delivery for key clients across Room 8 Group. In this role, you’ll drive client engagement, ensure satisfaction, and maintain high-quality results across all projects.
You’ll manage all client-related operations—from custom rate cards and reporting to participation in QBRs and crafting tailored solutions. Working hand-in-hand with our Business Development team, you'll ensure service excellence and long-term growth. You’ll also be accountable for on-time, on-scope delivery across all client projects under your supervision.
Superpowers
you have are
- 5+ years of experience in project management within software development, computer graphics, digital content, or trailer production;
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale client accounts, ideally in game development, with measurable impact on client growth;
- Advanced English proficiency for high-level communication and documentation;
- Solid understanding of project planning, risk management, and time management;
- Proficiency in creating WBS and project documentation;
- Strong knowledge of time-tracking and CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Redmine);
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial oversight of projects;
- Art pipeline understanding and the ability to estimate creative tasks;
- Strong communication skills complemented by effective negotiation abilities;
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities;
- Staying calm and focused in fast-paced or high-pressure situations;
- Turning challenges into solutions through clear thinking and collaboration.
You’re a rockstar
if you have
- Certified mastery through a professional Project Management certification (like PMP, etc.);
- A solid foundation from higher education in Management or Business;
- Experience with custom rate card management;
- Familiarity with Photoshop, 3ds Max, Maya, or After Effects.
As a part of Room 8
studio, you will
- Navigate pipeline and soft-book review processes with the Sales team for Client opportunities, provide insights for up-sales and cooperation prolongations;
- Lead and oversee all project estimations for the Client, considering our cooperation background with the Client;
- Collaborate on pitch preparation with the Engagement team for the Client;
- Assure accuracy of opportunities revenue forecasts tracking by means of frequent check-ins and controls with Engagement Managers;
- Come up with creative solutions and bespoke approaches for Client’s requests;
- Present pitch with estimation to the Client;
- Act as a main production contact point for all production matters for the Client;
- Overview and report on the project portfolio status of the Client;
- Actively be engaged with the Sales team on up-sales and prolongations to build long-lasting engagements with Clients;
- Establish project reporting lines and communication plan for successful Client’s portfolio management;
- Organise and structure all production-related meetings by the Client;
- Set up and manage all supporting tools for Client management, such as Google Sheets templates, Confluence pages, Handbook creation and upkeeping, Slack chats, Reporting files, etc;
- Support invoice issuing to the Client and project legal documents signing by the Client;
- Control all ongoing Client’s budgets and margin indices across all titles;
- Continuously search for and implement tools for increasing actual Client’s project margin across all titles by optimising processes, establishing a high level of communication and working on sales approaches;
- Predict and provide an overview of income generated by the Client and support revenue recognition processes by helping to receive supporting evidence according to the “Revenue Recognition Policy”.
- Collaborate with Producers on successful project delivery;
- Resolve any project-related conflicts.
